UFI Filters Hydraulics expands its product line with the introduction of the ERY Series.
These replacement elements are specifically designed for return applications and to ensure perfect compatibility with the ARGO-HYTOS V2 series of return filters.
The ERY series is engineered with advanced features to meet the rigorous requirements of OEMs and the IAM.

What are the main features of the ERY series?

The ERY series features an outside-to-inside flow direction.
One of its key features is the optimized star-shaped pleating of the filter material.
This advanced design increases the filtration surface area, improving contaminant retention.
As a result, pressure drops are significantly reduced, facilitating fluid flow within the hydraulic system and extending the life of the filter element.
ERY elements can reach a maximum flow capacity of 800 l/min.
These elements are designed to operate within a temperature range of −25 to +110 °C and up to a maximum collapse differential pressure of 10 bar, making them suitable for use in a wide range of hydraulic sectors.

FormulaUFI: tailored filtration media for the ERY series

The ERY series features our proprietary media, FormulaUFI.MICRON, the range of fibreglass media selected by the UFI Filters Group Innovation Centres.
This technologically advanced filter medium guarantees reliable and consistent performance, even in the most demanding operational environments.
The ERY series is available with filtration ratings from 5 µm_(c) to 21 µm_(c), according to ISO 16889.
The elements are fitted with nitrile (NBR) seals as standard.
They can also be provided with fluoroelastomer (FKM) seals upon request.
